What areas do you serve?
Currently we are serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Some Bay Area locations may incur a nominal traveling fee. Call for details.

What kind of chocolate is used in the fountains?
The Chocolate Curtain uses only the finest premium Belgian chocolate available, made by Sephra -- formulated to provide flawless chocolate flow. No oil is added. The chocolate is available in dark, milk, and white varieties.
What are the table and electrical requirements?
The chocolate dipping fountain requires a sturdy, level table for it to operate properly (must hold 100 lbs.) The table should be covered and skirted in table linen coordinating with your event. The fountain also requires a dedicated, 120 volt electrical outlet within 30 feet of where the fountain will be located.
Who is responsible for set-up, maintenance, tear-down, and clean-up of the chocolate fountain?
We do all the work for you! You don't have to worry about a thing. We arrive with ample time to ensure that your chocolate fountain(s) will be ready for your guests. An experienced attendant will be there to show your guests how to use and enjoy the fountain. After the event is over, we will dismantle, clean and remove the fountain.
How long can I have the chocolate fountain at my event?
Our fountain packages include three (3) hours of service, not including set-up and breakdown which are on our own time. Additional hours are available at the rate of $75 per hour.
Can the chocolate fountain be used outdoors?
The chocolate fountain can be used outdoors, but it is not recommended. Even a slight breeze can interfere with the flowing consistency of the chocolate.
Do you require reservations and deposits?
Yes! A $150 deposit is required to guarantee your date. The remaining balance is then due at the event. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
Who will provide the dipping items?
We offer a variety of dipping items to complete your event. See our "Dipping Items" page
for current rates. You are also welcome to provide your own items. Whichever option you choose, we will work our hardest to make sure your event is a success.
Is the chocolate fountain messy?
No. Our fountains have been specifically designed with an extra large basin to minimize drips and spills. We also use greenery to catch drips. With an attendant always onsite, the chocolate fountain stays surprisingly clean.
